Thank You for choosing CaterTrax Demo for your Catering needs. Catering hours for delivery are Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Items for pickup can be arranged during these hours.
Ordering Deadline: In order to properly staff and execute your event, please remember to order in a timely fashion. CaterTrax orders must be placed 48 hours in advance with a cut-off time of 8:00 AM. For example: Friday events must be submitted by 8:00 AM Wednesday morning. Please note that late orders may not be accepted. If a late order is accepted by the Catering Department, there will be a $10.00 late fee assessed to the order. When catering volume exceeds our delivery capacity, the ability to place an order for a certain day may be blocked without notice, regardless of the deadline.
After Hours and Weekend events: After Hours and Weekend events are no longer serviced. Exceptions can be made with a request from your Vice President sent to the Catering Director, dir.catering@educatering.com. Any events that are accepted for fulfillment outside normal business hours will be charged $21.00 per hour for labor and service charges.
Cancellations: Cancellations of catering events must be called into the Catering Office at 585-270-5757 at least 2 business days prior to the event. Any cancellation with less than 2 business days notice may be billed the full price of the catering to cover labor and food costs. E-mail notification within the cancellation window will not be considered sufficient notification and charges will apply.
